Beginners
Starting Capoeira Angola
You do not need previous capoeira, dance, martial arts, or music experience. New students can start steadily and learn through movement, instruments, singing, and watching the roda.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and message us before coming so we can suggest the best class for you.
